José Rubén Rochi Parker; Haití, Mr. Patrick Delatour; Nicaragua, Mr. Michael Navas Gutiérrez, the Second Vice-president of the Republic of Panama and the Minister of the Presidency, Mr. Rubén Arosemena Valdés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"We can foresee a great future in the area of tourism for the area of the Caribe, including all the countries represented in this event, and therefore we must reinforce our joint efforts, to consolidate the region as the main destination of cruise travel in the world".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He also said that due to its importance, the countries of Central America and Mexico are ready to implement synchronizing measures to meet the fast growing increase of the Cruise Industry, which has reached an annual average increase of above eight percent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During the seminar, discussion panels were open to consider aspects such as "Operation and Port Accessibility", "Economical Impact in the Destination of Cruise travel and the Region" and "Social Impact in the Tourist Destinations and the Region".
